Westward road, Porthmeor, St. Ives

Blue Wave Design & Construction Services ltd have been busy near Porthmeor beach converting this bungalow into a two-storey house with incredible ocean views! Works involved the demolition of the former roof structure and internal finishes. A reinforced concrete ring beam was constructed to tie the existing 100 year old property into the new structural timber frame structure above. A new oak staircase was installed with all new plumbing and electrics throughout. Composite cladding was installed externally and a bathroom installation finished our services for this 4 month watertight shell project. The amazing Zinc roof was installed by Cornwall Zinc Roofing, with the structural roof completed by Blue wave Design & Construction Services ltd.
